DESCRIPTION:I am inviting you to a Women’s circle as an opportunity to speak and be heard\, to hear yourself empty your mind and body of your stories\, to relate to others in their vulnerability and experience healing through community.  The scope of story is up to you\, and you can come without needing to share. All our conversations will be received with non-judgement and a lightness of spirit as we learn to let go. Weaving stories into the space lets them exist outside of us to be transmuted. \nWe will move in somatic embodiment for a short beginning to unravel tensions and get us present in the room. This will also set our nervous systems to rest so we can speak in truth. \nA women’s circle is a safe space to express what you have been holding in\, without anyone trying to fix or resolve your story. It is through the telling that the healing happens and the inherent support in shared experience. \nThis is the first of a series of women’s circles I would like to host\, including speakers of topics relevant to our journey as women. Topics will be posted on our whatsapp group for vote and discussion. \nDonation of R200.
