DESCRIPTION:Breathing for Beginners \nThrough the lens of your breath 1: \nA beginners to breathing workshop. Yes\, I know no one is a beginner to breathing really but let’s explore what is possible as we turn our attention differently onto the mechanism of breath\, the meaning of breath and the power of pranayama which is the control of vital life force through the process of breathing in certain patterns. As we control our breath\, we shift our mindset and our prana to our highest good. \nIt is far easier to experience ourselves differently than to try and think ourselves different. \nThis workshop is a combination of information and experiential learning. \n  \nWhen we can hold our breaths for 60 seconds or more\, with awareness\, we stimulate enormous effect within ourselves. We can gently build our lung capacity\, our psychosomatic relationship to expand our ability to turn inwards which has the effect outward of creation and eyes shining bright – capacity to receive life and to create it. \nRead this blog for more insight on the power of Your breath and you would consider joining this experience. (link to blog that I still need to create) \nAll courses are available 1:1 if the schedule doesn’t suit you. \nWarning – this is gentle process work – expect things to shift\, move\, change\, activate\, release gently. This work is sustainable over a longer period of time for deep and lasting change that integrates the psyche and personality with the Spiritual causal part of yourself screaming to lead your life. We talk about the themes that arise during the 5 days to get the mind and body on board facing any resistance as signals for healing. It also can become a tool you use at any time in your life. \nIf you have never thought of how you are breathing or watched your breath or held it on purpose\, this course is where you start. We typically hold our breaths when we are stressed\, but the lack of awareness in this automatic physical reaction has negative effects\, we can turn this around for ourselves and change how we experience all the little moments in life. \nLearn how to breath effectively to balance your nervous system (stress\, anxiety\, reactiveness\, patience\, tolerance) and activate the chemical balance of the brain for Bliss. If you want to manage how good you feel\, it is as simple as learning to breathe in a way to create the physiological and emotional effects you want\, mitigating the story of your life at any given moment – over excited – calm yourself\, depressed\, active yourself…. \nKnow yourself and use your breath on purpose! \nR400
