Reading or hearing something is insightful. Experience something is the greatest teacher. Becoming involved with a personal process through your own curiosity is the vehicle for transformation. Just say yes for an adventure…
Through the lens of your breath:
Breathing: experience yourself and your reality and align yourself for radical transformation through breath control.
Do you want to experience yourself and your reality differently, even temporarily? Have you ever stopped to explore what your breath is showing you about your internal environment? Breath magnifies what your body and mind are experiencing, easily observed objectively, we can excavate great insights from knowing our breath intimately.
Observing the breath as it is, is a skill of awareness that demands the mind to focus on something automatic. At first, sustained attention on this experience can be elusive as the mind prefers action and bells and whistles to entertain it. So we learn to breathe, and learn in the process about the meaning of our ability or inability to sustain breath in a rhythmic pattern. As we learn to breathe, we expand our lung capacity which has a whole host of benefits we will explore in the workshops. As we learn to breathe, we learn about ourselves from personality to perceptions – the development of our mind happens, creating a mental fitness and along the way, changing the shape of our brain parts responsible for different things that will influence our interaction with our world. As we learn to breathe, we journey into our inner sacred Self.
Join Kerry for a series of workshops to develop these skills. Sorry, if you are pregnant, these courses are not for you at this time.

A beginners to breathing workshop. Yes, I know no one is a beginner to breathing really but let’s explore what is possible as we turn our attention differently onto the mechanism of breath, the meaning of breath and the power of pranayama which is the control of vital life force through the process of breathing in certain patterns. As we control our breath, we shift our mindset and our prana to our highest good.
It is far easier to experience ourselves differently than to try and think ourselves different.
This workshop is a combination of information and experiential learning.

Join Kerry for a Pranayama mandala practice.
This is an advanced breathwork course over 5 weeks where we establish control of breathing patterns, develop mental focus, attention, awareness and objective observation, shift our physical, mental and emotional bodies and learn skills for working with our life story through the lens of the breath. Pranayama surpasses story and creates space within your stories (challenges, demands on you, conflict, resistance, reactions, confusion etc) and trains your brain and your energy centers to a higher ability of conscious freedom.
If you are stuck, blocked, distracted, in nervous system chaos, on emotional or mental roller coasters, find yourself addicted, reactive, uneasy in yourself, join this course with curiosity, to see what you can create for yourself through the process.
The breathing technique is learnt on each Sunday, and it is expected, for best results that you practice the technique at home alone, every day between the Sunday courses. Each Sunday we will follow up on the weeks’ experiences and Q&A and then learn a new pranayama for the next week. This is a daily practice process for 29 days. Depending on your breath, the time investment daily on your own can vary from 30 minutes to 90 minutes.
Attending ‘Through the lens of your breath 2’ requires attendance at the first workshop for entry and some yoga asana experience.
What you will get:
- Direct experience to access insights from your inner-being – your deepest truths
- Pressure cooker experience to unwind old stuff holding you back
- Change in perspective
- Increased lung capacity for all of life which metaphysically points to increase ability to take in and let go of life.
- Prana activation and infusion – prana is vital life force
