What you will learn
Ways to create sustainable change empowering your understating of your mind
Through Embodiment, ritual/ceremony, creativity practices and real life experiences discussions, I can guide you to learn to watch the deep layers of your mind, to understand what is underneath your reactions, prejudices, fears, protections and defensiveness and habits of being. Through self awareness, you empower yourself, it is a kind of liberation and inner peace that is right at our fingertips.
Levels of Emotional intelligence
Learn to create pause from reaction to response, to process reaction without doing anything to anyone, establish healthy boundaries, and understand what reactions are there to teach and what to do with the learning opportunity.
Change requires changing
Understand how to make changes that are from the source, not just changing symptoms of your life choices but to effect change through making your unconscious, conscious – challenging your assumptions – especially the ones causing you pain.
How to use embodiment to make changes:
We have a body, it is the most dense layer of our living experience, but it doesn’t have to be a dull energy we drag around behind our minds. Activate your mindbody relationship and experience movement therapy. We change our relationship with ourselves (not the part that reflects back in then mirror but) from within.
We can design a program that will target the areas you are focused on:
Movement medicine (incorporates mental boot-camp (beginners))
Conscious movement (incorporates energy calibration (experienced))
Healing and moving past experiences
Through the work of embodiment and self awareness that you undertake, you will be able to shift your own reactivity and struggles in all areas of your life, and also give you pause to hold space for your childrens’ learning. Become a guide rather than a dominating force in your childs’ life. Establish trust to ensure the communication channels are open always. Become present to understand what your child needs and who your child is without your past-enforced tunnel vision. Lighten up your load you are carrying so your child isn’t burdened by it also.
