Your teaching team

You will notice a thread between all of us dedicated teachers – the yoga philosophy here counts for just as much, if not more than the yoga asanas (postures). In addition, we are all committed to learning skills through the body, to practicing and developing awareness whether you call it consciousness, mindfulness, embodiment, breathwork or simply, yoga.

Movement is medicine. Join us in your personal healing journey which doesn’t have to be hard work, it can be fun, enlivening, empowering, and uplifting.

Hi, I am Kerry

I love exploring what is possible, cultivating curiousity about life, reactions, thoughts, actions, beliefs, contractions: it is an inner archeological site for discovery and yoga has given me safe and fun tools with which to do this inner expanding work.

My deep respect for the tools of yoga, becomes my invitation to you to explore what can be dropped, what new thoughts and ways of being are possible, just because you can and it feels good to feel good.

25 years of yoga, neuroscience, somatic movement, embodiment, trauma and energetic exploration become the dialogue of a yoga practice, blending integrity to healing through yoga and growing through play and glowing through whatever you need, that your body, mind and Spirit can guide you towards in these practices.

Hi, I am Danette

I started yoga late in life but loved the practice from the very first class. I completed my teacher training with Casey Chiange Yoga in 2018, am yin qualified, and in 2024, I went to India and completed an Advanced 300YTT.

I teach extensively and love all yoga.

My philosophy today – 8 years after my first teacher training – remains the same as then:

to share the beautiful joy of yoga with you

Hi, I am Sav (Savannah)

My classes are an invitation to come as you are and to settle into a space that is safe, warm and compassionate. I am guided by the meeting place between the mind, body and spirit.

From studying psychology for 5 years, I carry a fascination with me for the intelligence our bodies hold. There is magic that lives in the practice of moving with awareness; an invitation I offer for students to try on. With a background of many years of dance and yoga, movement has long been my way of listening and expressing.

My teaching style is vinyasa-based: fluid, playful and without expectation. I’m passionate about guiding students to move safely and intuitively.

I completed my 200 hour YTT here in South Africa; engaging heavily with informed teachings from the schools of neuroscience, functional movement and the nervous system with a marriage of traditional practices.

Come to play, feel and rest (with some groovy tunes). I look forward to meeting you on your mats soon.

Hi, I am Siobhan

Join me for yoga that takes you on a journey into the philosophy of Yoga, not just an idea, but as something lived, breathed, and felt in your body.

What does it mean to truly embody philosophy, to let ancient wisdom move through muscle, bone and breath? Through somatic techniques, you’ll explore the subtle sensations of your inner landscape and drop deeper into the sense of your practice. I blend the fluidity of vinyasa with the stillness of yin.

I invite you to gently unravel, reconnect, and expand. Allow your breath to guide you into conscious flow where mind, body and soul meet in meaningful, transformative experience.
