Breathing with the purpose of resetting your nervous system, daily, will change the lens through which you view your life.

FREE nervous system reset with The Breath Break

Join me for 21 days, about 10 minutes a day to reset your system with The Breath Break.

If you can feel overwhelmed in your day, this is for you.

If you are juggling multiple balls and deadlines (even self-imposed ones of wanting to get things done), this is for you.

If your nervous system is in survival mode or you feel wired or tired, this is the reset for you.

By breathing, we relax our minds, we relax our bodies, regain vagal tonality that supports rest, creativity, and availability to tasks at hand.
